NCBF Youth Ambassadors
- UK-wide scheme
- Creation of a youth platform to input new ideas and feedback into the development of NCBF activities
- Regular meetings via ZOOM and a forum at the National Festival

NCBF Young Composers Scheme
In association with Universal Edition
- UK-wide scheme
- An opportunity for young composers (under the age of 30) to develop their skills writing for wind orchestra and big band
- Mentoring provided from an established wind band & big band composer
